All BHL final four participants are now clear. Two Estonian clubs, one Latvian and one Lithuanian team will play in the final four. The final four tournament will take place on April 15-16.
The current BHL champion Viljandi HC defeating SK Tapa/N.R. Energy after the 7 m penalty shootout 51:48 on aggregate.

Last season BHL finalists Pölva Serviti club eliminated Granitas-Karys Kaunas. Pölva Serviti won both legs.
